Details and goals about the course

General Information

The course is organised by IPSP Bioinformatic group (I-BiG). I-BiG develops and teaches courses on the fundamental data skills needed to conduct biological researches. Its target audience is researchers who have little to no prior computational experience. Participants will be encouraged to help one another and to apply what they have learned to their own research problems.

Who: The course is aimed at biological researchers. You need to have basic knowledge of R.

Where: This course will take place online. The instructor will provide you with the information you will need to connect to this meeting.

Requirements: Participants must a desktop/laptop with a Mac, Linux, or Windows operating system (not a tablet, Chromebook, etc.) that they have administrative privileges on. They should have a specific software installed: R (at least 4.0).
